These terms govern the services provided by Steph Wheldon, trading as Workload Wizard.

By engaging my services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Workload Wizard provides professional support services including:

• Bookkeeping: Day-to-day financial record keeping, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and accounts management
• Business Administration: General admin support, document management, correspondence handling, and office organisation
• Business Management: Project coordination, process improvement, supplier management, and operational support

The specific scope of services will be agreed upon before commencement and may be documented in a separate service agreement.

• Services are invoiced monthly in arrears unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date
• Invoices will detail the work completed and time spent
• Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate

I reserve the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid beyond the payment terms.

Either party may terminate the service arrangement by providing 30 days written notice.

• Notice should be provided in writing via email
• All work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced
• Any outstanding fees must be paid within the standard payment terms
• Upon termination, all client documents and records will be returned or securely deleted as requested

I understand that I will have access to sensitive business and financial information. I commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all client information.

• All client information will be treated as confidential
• Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law
• Confidentiality obligations continue after the termination of services
• Secure systems and processes are used to protect your data

Workload Wizard maintains professional indemnity insurance to protect both parties in the unlikely event of errors or omissions in the services provided.

Details of insurance coverage are available upon request.

While I strive to provide accurate and reliable services, liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in the 12 months preceding any claim
• I shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Liability does not extend to losses arising from information provided by the client that is incomplete or inaccurate
• I am not liable for decisions made by the client based on advice or information provided

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
